A computer program used to help bookies figure out who might win a match by inputting all of the critical data about the two competitors was used to simulate a match between The American Dream Dusty Rhodes and Rick Love. Here are the results.

Rick Love, as the challenger, enters the ring first to the entrance music of "Strokin" by Clarence Carter. Rick Love tosses long stem red roses to women in the crowd and accepts kisses from ladies at ringside. Referee Clyde "The Eliminator" Benefield seaches Rick Love to make sure that he is not hiding any foreign objects. The referee then has Rick Love wait in a neutral corner as Dusty Rhodes's entrance music begins. The crowd goes crazy and the cheering is deafening. Once again, Clyde "The Eliminator" Benefield, the referee seaches the competitor. The bell sounds and Rick Love blows kisses to women at ringside as Dustry Rhodes rushes at the center of the ring. The two men lock-up and push each other back and forth. Rick Love gives a shove that nearly knocks Dusty Rhodes on his arse. Rhodes complains to the referee that Rick Love has oil on his body and it is hard to get a hold on him. "The Eliminator" asks Rick Love if he would wipe off with a towel and he does to keep from getting disqualified. Dusty Rhodes then pushes the referee out of the way and gives Rick Love a bionic elbow that knocks him to his knees. Dusty then does his teeth rattling back hand and then tosses Rick Love into the far corner. Rhodes then gives Rick Love a slaps to the face that leaves red hand prints that can be seen from the snack bar.

Rick Love escapes from the corner by giving Rhodes a knee lift to the family jewels and follows up with a series of chops to the chest that would have made Kevin Sullivan proud. Dusty Rhodes recovers and gives Love a bionic elbow that takes him off his feet. Then Dusty Rhodes moves in and quickly applies the sleeper hold and arches his back to lock it in. Rick Love tries desperately to claw his way to the ropes to cause the hold to be broken. Finally he reaches the top rope and the referee calls for the break. Dusty Rhodes chops Rick Love across the ring and then gives him a skull crushing Tomohawk chop that crosses his eyes.

Rick Love then does a double leg take down the legs of Dusty Rhodes and then drops a series of knees into the forehead. Dusty Rhodes recovers and then gets caught in the face with Rick Love's famous drop kick. Dusty Rhodes then falls through the ropes onto the floor. Dusty Rhodes gets to his knees just in time to greet Rick Love who has jumped through the ropes to get to him and then delivers a shot to the family jewels that brings Rick Love to his knees where Dusty Rhodes once again locks on the sleeper hold and carries Rick Love up the ring steps and in to the center of the ring. Rick Love is unable to escape and finally falls into a deep sleep. The referee calls for the bell and Dusty Rhodes is declared the winner. Dusty Rhodes then grabs a pair of sciccors from the ringside medicine kit and begins to clip locks of Rick Love's hair and toss them to the crowd. Dusty Rhodes then lifts Rick Love up and gives him a knee to the back to wake him up. Unaware that his hair was cut Rick Love then grabs the mic and gives his famous post match promo saying: "Stop it! Don't laugh at me! I told you people. I'm a Lover! Not a Fighter!"

Fans of the “Love Your Body” Workout are always asking me how do you stay so lean? Well, consistency equals results when it comes to burning fat Rick Love style. While running a marathon will not make you lean in one day, a consistent, a dedicated approach to fat loss will help you reach your goals. We ALL know what Rick Love’s preferred method of burning calories is :)

On the other hand, there are many habits which have been shown to help people get lean and stay lean more than other actions.

Here are Rick Love’s 8 Golden Rules that will help you lose fat and get lean in conjunction with the “Love Your Body” Workout.
1. Replace sugary beverages with Green Tea. That can reduce your energy intake by several hundred calories per day
2. Eat at least one midday snack to decrease your risk of obesity by 39%. Remember that a good snack is focused on lean protein and a high-fiber fruit or vegetable. Nuts are also an option. I like to have 4 ounces of lean grilled chicken and spinach.
3. Don't eat dinner as your biggest meal of the day. If you do, you increase your risk of obesity by 6%. You should be eating several mini-meals all day long so that you are not starving at dinner. Start your day the Rick Love way with 1 cup of plain oat meal, 4 egg whites, and a ½ cup of blue berries.
4. Don't wait more than 3 hours after waking up to eat breakfast or you increase your risk of obesity by 43%
5. Don't eat more than a third of your meals in restaurants or you increase your risk of obesity by 69%. It is too hard to control the food contents at a restaurant. Pack your own meals and snacks as often as you can. You will always see Rick Love packing around his little blue cooler.
6. Don't go to bed hungry (3 or more hours after your last meal or snack) or you increase your risk of obesity by 101%. Again, think high-protein, high-fiber mini-meals to keep hunger at bay and to control your energy levels
7. Don't eat breakfast away from home or you increase your risk of obesity by 137%
8. And don't skip breakfast or you increase your risk of obesity by 450%. This is the most important time of day to start with a protein-based, high fiber meal as it will set the tone for your blood sugar and energy levels for the day.

A computer program used to help bookies figure out who might win a match by inputting all of the critical data about the two competitors was used to simulate a match between Ric Flair and Rick Love. Here are the results.

Rick Love, as the challenger, enters the ring first to the entrance music of "Strokin" by Clarence Carter. Rick Love tosses long stem red roses to women in the crowd and accepts kisses from ladies at ringside. Referee Clyde "The Eliminator" Benefield seaches Rick Love to make sure that he is not hiding any foreign objects. The referee then has Rick Love wait in a neutral corner as Ric Flair's entrance music begins. The crowd goes crazy and the cheering is deafening. Once again, Clyde "The Eliminator" Benefield, the referee seaches the competitor. The bell sounds and Rick Love blows kisses to women at ringside as Ric Flair cautiously approaches the center of the ring. The two men lock-up and push each other back and forth. Rick Love gives a shove that nearly knocks Ric Flair on his arse. Flair complains to the referee that Rick Love pulled his hair. "The Eliminator" asks Rick Love if he pulled the hair and he denies it. Ric Flair then pushes the referee out of the way and gives Rick Love a knee lift that takes his feet off the canvas. Ric Flair then tosses Rick Love into the far corner. Flair then gives Rick Love a series of chops to the chest that leaves red hand prints that can be seen from the balcony seats. Rick Love escapes from the corner by giving Flair a thumb to the eyes and follows up with a series of thumb spikes that would have made Ox Baker proud. Ric Flair recovers and gives Love a chop that takes him off his feet. The Ric Flair moves in and quickly applies the figure four leg lock and lays back to lock it in. Rick Love tries desperately to claw his way to the ropes to cause the hold to be broken. Finally he reaches the bottom rope and the referee calls for the break. Ric Flair gets to his feet and chops Rick Love across the ring. Rick Love then sweeps the legs of Ric Flair and then drops a series of elbows into the chest. Ric Flair recovers and then gets caught in the face with Rick Love's famous drop kick. Ric Flair then falls face first to the mat like a cold fish. Ric Flair gets to his knees and then delivers a shot to the family jewels that brings Rick Love to his knees where Ric Flair once again drops into the figure four leg lock in the center of the ring. Rick Love is unable to escape and finally taps out. The referee calls for the bell and Ric Flair is declared the winner. Rick Love then grabs the mic and gives his famous post match promo saying: "Stop it! I told you people. I'm a Lover! Not a Fighter!"
